Straight Answers, Honest Repairs, No Upselling

“This is by far the best auto shop you're gonna find here in Ventura. Eugene is super honest and clear with you. I've gone in there and had conversations with him about my vehicles and he's helped me explain and understand what is going on with them. He always takes time to drive your vehicle to make sure that it has been repaired and so he knows what is really going on with your vehicle. He is super kind and he's not gonna try to take your money like the dealership will. Great way to support local and get your car repaired”

“I'm a long time car guy, and I think of myself as a pretty decent mechanic, so it's kind of weird to me that I have a mechanic to recommend. I started going to Eugene for smog checks, and then started having him do work I didn't want to do, or couldn't figure out. Recently I brought him an intermittant spark problem that I didn't want to get into. It wasn't even setting a check engine light on the dash yet. He did the harder work of diagnosing, and that's what really makes Eugene and Ace Auto different. They're more than code readers with a wrench.”

“Ace auto is a Locally owned and family run business. They are the absolute nicest People, My family has been coming to them for years and they continue to amaze us with their service, integrity and attitude. They have serviced Every vehicle I've owned since I was 15”
